I try to withdraw 200 rupees from my sbi debit card at hdfc ATM on 16 March but due to hardware error in the ATM I didn't get my amount from ATM And I got receipt that transaction declined but my 200 rupees debited from my SBI account also SBI charge me for transactions declined I report this issue to customer care and they said that wait for 2 days your amount will be credited in your bank account but still I have not got any money. And I again called the customer care to register my complaint 2 to 4 times but they were very rude and disconnect my call after I contact senior executives and he said that i am registering your complaint but actually he didn't register complaint.
This is 2nd time I got same problem before some days ago sbi deducted my rupees without any message for pension scheme which I didnt activated and credit my money after a long period they told me to call to branch that time and when I went to branch there also executive didn't help me they said that contact Mumbai branch regarding cancel pension scheme which I haven't activate please take serious action against sbi i am tired and frustrated because I have already lost my job due to corona and I am working now online like doing surveys for
which I can get only 200 to 300 rupees for weekly. Please help me to get my money and take serious action against SBI.
