State Bank Of India [SBI] — amount rs. 4128/- is debited from each housing loan account without consent

SBI has debited RS. 4128/- ON 2ND FEB 2018 FROM EACH OF THE ABOVE ACCOUNT WITHOUT CONCENT OF THE CUSTOMER. WHY.????NO MESSAGE, NO LETTER, NO CONCENT???PLEASE ARRANGE for refund of the debited amount with interest at the earliest. whether this is as per RBI rule ?? PLEASE TAKE AN ACTION SO THAT SUCH BANKS WILL NOT DARE TO DEBIT ANY KIND OF AMOUNT FROM THE CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNT WITHOUT CONCENT OF THE CUSTOMER.
