State Bank Of India [SBI] — amt not credited even after 7 days received by imps

Address:Nr Dixit Mangal karyalay Chowpati karanja, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, 414001

I am having savings account no [protected] with your chowpati karanja branch (Ahmednagar). My son sent ₹ 6000/- to my account through imps on 28 march. The transaction was successful. But not yet credited. When enquired in the branch they said it is received & will be credited in 3/4 days. It is still not credited. Why such delay? It is a question mark on your service.
Please explain & resolve the issue immediately, else i will have to complain with rbi.

My account was tranfered by my cif number is in my old bank dobasipara branch, west garo hills, meghalaya
So i want to transfer my cif number
