Hello,
This is with reference to the complaint number - 1-[protected]. I have received the call from SBI CC dept in January and have been told that I can upgrade to Signature card for FREE. Later I came to know that there will be annual charges of arount 5000 for it.
So, I DID NOT RECEIVE the card which was sent via blue-dart with AWB no EV[protected]. I also sent a follow up email to [protected]@sbicard.com to inform that I have not received the card and so allow me to retain my existing GOLD and more card.
Few days later to my shock, the SBI have charged me around 5500Rs. as a annual charge fees for the card which I have not received at all.
Since then I have been sending emails, talking to customer care executives everyday. It has been around 2 months now but I have been receiving calls everyday to pay the fees. I have been explaining the executives everyday that I have requested to reverse the charges as I dont have the card for which you have levied the charges.
It has been a mental harrashment for me everyday. I am not getting the responses from [protected]@sbicard.com now even after sending continuous emails.
Kindly do help me in this regard.
