State Bank Of India [SBI] — arrogance behaviour of employee | |||
Dear sir, My grandmother is a customer of sbi bank, tuni andhra pradesh and my n am e is mrudula. I went to bank with my grandmother on 19th of dec 2018 for submitting an application to change name and phone number. The employee who was sitting at counter no. 9 dy operations he spoke rudely with us."saying its a bc time account when i was not born also, its a 30 years back account and you are giving request now and at that time i was not born". These are the words of that employee, and how rude he was. He need to give proper answer to submit documents. I want to raise a complaint against him to take a severe action. Bank employees should be there to help customers not to loose customers. If he is government employee he can talk anything or what? He should have patience. Was this information helpful? | |||
