I, sankar nath pramanik, account holder of sbi-vindhyachal-mirzapur road, dist. Mirzapur, u. P, sb. A/c no.[protected], also one atm card, find ridiculously that rs.115 had been debited twice on 19/02/2017 from my said account as annual fee. It is not out of the point to mention here that my wife late chhaya pramanik breathed her last on 02 feb. 2016 and i intimated branch manager, sbi-amoraboti chowrah, code 17615; and i surrendered her atm card to the branch manager, sbi-amoraboti chowrah, vindhyachal-mirzapur road, dist. Mirzapur, u. P immediately thereafter. It sounds sarcastic to note that annual fees are debited @rs.115 twice on 19 feb. 2017 after one year of surrendering atm card of deceased wife late chhaya pramanik from my said account. Further sms replies..."your complaint registered with ticket no.[protected]. Please quote this no. While making any enquiry about your complaint. Expected resolution time wed 10:11am... Dear sir/madam, your complaint cr[protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution (?)... What a nice solution from an administration of public bank! Sarcastic to customer... Please confirm,
