State Bank Of India [SBI] — atm complaint help required

Dear sir/mam,
20000 rupees had been deducted from my account but money did not receive.
I have use sbi atm machine near my residence for withdraw money, money not withdraw by atm but amount deduct my account.
I have allready complain in my sbi bank or online also but there was no slove my problem.
I humble request you sir / mam i want my money in my account please take action urgent.
I attached some importance file regarding my issues or problems.
