State Bank Of India [SBI] — Atm debit card charges for 2 cards

Dear sir,
Sb a/c no .[protected]-branch code-1682-ifsc;sbin001682

During my sb a/c opening i was having debit card no.[protected].
In augest 2014 to till date i am using new debit card no.[protected]
As the 1st above one is damaged by blocked the same.

But till now you are charging annual fees for the 1st card on 26.2.15 rs.112.36 and on 13.2.16 rs.114.50 .
This was informed to your toll free no [protected] 4 days back.No response.
Kindly look look into the matter and reverse the same.
