[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — ATM dispute and amount not refunded back since 25 days

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing on behalf of IDBI savings bank account holder: GUDIPATI SANDHYA who has tried to withdraw Rs.8000/- from SBI ATM which is located at Isnapur X Roads - Hyderabad. The transaction was completed, amount also debited but CASH NOT DISPENSED from the same ATM on 12th Mar'2021 - afternoon.
We are still waiting for the REFUND of this amount since 12.03.2021 - 25+ days over but havn't got any refund till date.

We have already visited IDBI Sangareddy and submitted paper complaint after 7 days and also paid challan amount for the further process advised by IDBI staff. Everyday we are chasing but not getting proper response from both the banks.

We request you to kindly check attached account details of GUDIPATI SANDHYA and do the needful.
