State Bank Of India [SBI] — atm power cut during withdrawal transaction

Hi,
I have faced power cut during withdraw transaction in sbi atm. This atm is located in dakshin barasat, south 24 parganas, west bengal, 743372 beside apollo pharmacy. I was trying to withdraw 6000/- on 7th april 2018 evening but at the time of counting inside atm the power goes off and by the time my money was deductated with transaction id 070418. Still i haven’t got my refund. I was using my axis debit card for transaction.

The reason for deleting the option of quick transfer from Internet Banking . The same may be restored .
