Hello sir/madam,
I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provide at state bank of india, louis wadi, thane branch, maharashtra.
It is astonishing to note that working culture in state bank of india, louis wadi, thane branch, maharashtra, 400604 is deteriorating day by day.
I submitted all the relevant documents for home loan on 1st march, 2018 as requested by the branch manager (Deepa menon).
However, the loan has not been processed yet.
During this period i took so many times leave from my office to know the status of my home loan but i always receive irrelevant response from the branch manager.
I approach again to the branch manager (Deepa menon) to sanction the home loan. She replied we are busy in month end closing activity. We will process after that.
I approach again to the branch manager this time she accompanied me to bring form 16 part which i have already submitted and told that my salary was not under income tax slab in 2015-16 hence there is no question to raise the part b.
And since last 6 days i was keep trying to know the status, but still i didn’t receive specific response.
Please see the below last six days’ response by state bank of india, louiswadi, thane branch, maharashtra.
1st day response:
“your loan will be processed tomorrow. It is at final stage but we are busy in other work as well.”
2nd day response: “there is some correction in agreement date and receipt date and also the loan processing department have lots of work pressure that’s why its delaying.”
3rd day response: “no need to change the agreement date and receipt date. Once we receive confirmation from loan department then we will let you know and also we have lots of work.”
4rd day response: “it will take time as we have lots of work.”
5th day response: “loan processing department have lots of work till the time please submit form 16. (Me: i have already submitted the form 16).”
6th day response: “it will take time as we have lots of work. Let me ask with loan department as they also have lots of work pressure.”
I request you to please help me to process the loan. I hope and trust my faith in sbi will not get shattered suitable action shall be taken by transferring the bank manager to other place where the work load will be comparatively less and they can enjoy talking on mobile.
