State Bank Of India [SBI] — atm transaction failed but amount deducted

I thangjam suresh singh tried to withdraw rs 2000 from sbi atm which is located at chingmeirong. Imphal. Manipur due to server problem the machin show that transaction time out and the money didn't came out but it has been deducted from my account here is my transaction detail (Rs 2000 w/d at sbi atm dfnk[protected] chingmeirong, imphal fm a/cx6984on21/11/18.
