Which is not even there with me physically. There was an error on your behalf because in spite of issuing me a bpcl card (For which i actually applied), you issued me a
Sbi prime card out of nowhere. Then, i raised a complaint after i started getting messages from about amounts being due for that same card (Card ending 7763), to be
Very precise, on 11/03/2020, i received a message claiming that rs.3539/- is due by me to pay to you. I immediately called the customer service helpline, told them the
Above matter and they assured me that the above card had been cancelled and also gave me a service request no.[protected] dated 11/03/2020).
Surprisingly, on 11/04.2020, i again got a message claiming rs.4401 is due by me to pay to you by 29/04/2020. I have since been trying to contact you (Several times)
But due to this current situation, it did not happen.
It is my request to you to kindly look into this matter immediately and cancel any such card (If there is any) because it is creating a lot of disturbance for me.
