State Bank Of India [SBI] — bhim app issue

Dear sir / madam,

As you see last 29th of november 2018 i had a transaction through bhim app but it was failure due to unable reason. The money i was sending to my sister for an urgent reason but it won't.

I was going to my branch again and again but they said it will solve through by online complain. I just fed up for all those things.
Looking forward this mail would help me for recovery my amount.
