Hi, I am dayal i was doing a recharge of 149, "transaction id[protected]" on my prepaid number through bhim all process is properly done but when the payment page appear i load all details of my card and click on submit button then it loaded and amount is, deducted from from my account but the transaction was unsuccessful. And my account no is [protected] and my account name is dayal singh and my account is in state bank of india. It my humble request that you take action on this request. Was this information helpful? I paid rs649 for an order using my debit card. After returning the product due to some reason my refund was initiated by Amazon but has not been processed by the bank yet . The refund reference number provided by Amazon is - 756850
I called the sbi custom care and was not attended nicely, my refund is of INR 649.
