State Bank Of India [SBI] — billed wrongly for card fraud | |||
A fraud transaction has been done on my new credit card. My name is k krishnaraj, I received SBI CARD no XXXXXXXXXXXXXX, 4 days back.I have been waiting for PIN number to activate my card, but I have not received the PIN number in mail, or by post till date. On 25/8/17 afternoon I got a call from a lady who said she is from Delhi SBI BANK, . she took my card details on phone and said she will activate them in next 10 minutes. Later I got a SMS saying my card has been swiped for RS 10395.00 . ( DONE ON 25 AUG 2017) Hence This is a fraud transaction, and I have blocked my CARD. I request you to do the needfull, and reverse the transaction amount . I HAVE NOT ACTIVATED MY CARD AT ALL. (STARTING TO USE THEM BY PUTTING pin number) I am requesting for a full refund back Was this information helpful? | |||
