Blocked our email ID to prevent us to raise our grievance against the harassment by SBI.
1. It is regretfully observed during the last month, when we send our grievance email to regulatory authorities to their official email ID, emails return back. And it has happened persistently multiple times in the last month.
2. This shows, my email ID has been blocked by these two regularity authorities as detailed below.
a. [protected]@sbp.co.in
b. cmcmcsrbo1.[protected]@sbi.co.in
3 it is strange to note that a month back or so, our all emails were properly delivered to both these addresses. This proves, nothing wrong with the email addresses but blocked by them and consequently the bounce back to us undelivered.
4. What a unique way to resolve the issues. To block the SBI customers' email ID so that the complainant cannot raise the issue has no question to resolve the problems.
5. What a quick and easy way, SBI regulatory authorities have developed to resolve the issues. Keep it up.
6. This is a violation of our human rights, by following such illegal means, SBI regulatory authorities are depriving SBI customers to use their rights to raise their complaints, when they face harassment, trouble and trauma by SBI people.
7. When an issue is not settled, failed to be resolved at the branch level, it is our legal right to take it with higher authorities and by blocking our email ID, deprive us from our legal rights. Punishable under the not only consumer protection Act 1986 but also under the protection of human rights act 1993.
