State Bank Of India [SBI] — Branch name not updated in internet banking after branch change

To all concerned authorities of SBI,

In July 2015, I had transferred SB account from Marathahalli Branch at Bangalore to Pavagada branch in Tumkur district, Karnataka. But, my branch name is not updated in internet banking.

So, to resolve this, I had submitted an application along-with a photo id, to my new branch at Pavagada. But, problem not resolved.

I had even tried talking with concerned branch officials but no gain.

With respect to this, 3 complaints have been raised to sbi customer care. Ticket numbers of the complaints are :
IB[protected] dated 29/10/2015
AI[protected] dated 2/11/2015
TA[protected] dated 3/11/2015

I have also sent a mail to "gm.[protected]@sbi.co.in" seeking for a resolution on 3/11/2015. But, no resolution.

None of these complaints are properly addressed and the worst part is still my problem is not resolved.

I would request you resolve ASAP.
