State Bank Of India [SBI] — Cannot withdraw or transfer due to CIF not scrutinised by LCPC

It’s been a two Months i tried to transfer money from YONO but it’s showing CIF not scrutinised by LCPC also the ATM showing inoperative bank account so visited bank asked them regarding eror
And the Maneger said something wrong in your kyc documents and he ask for new documents but it’s been a more than 1 week but still same problem CIF NOT SCRUTINISED BY LCPC im tired going to the bank again and again is there any option my money stuck in the bank branch address HONDA SATTARI NORTH GOA, INDIA
