It's been 3 days i have complain but I have not got any amount yet ... I order a shoes from Puma but due to some reason I return it, I got a mail from Puma that the refund was already successful but not got any amount from the bank.

    My order I'd is[protected] And I cancelled/ returned my order on 18 December Amazon had showed that the refund had initiated on 23 December but yet now I have not received the same amount in my bank account.
    My refund/ reference I'd is 75105172354002823155115. It's been 15-20 days and I had not received my refund. So kindly refund my money so that I can order another laptop as soon as possible.

      On jan 2nd 2023 an amount of 18565rs was deducted from my sbi savings account. I found the deduction details when i checked my yono app statement section on jan 08th 2023. I want to get the exact details on the deduction and if it is fraud i want my hard earned money back. I am a student please help to get my money back .

        With due respect and humble submission I Khem Singh Gobari holding DSP A/C No [protected] at NHPC Banbasa Branch Code SBIN0008489 in Champawat District, state Uttrakhand PIN-232310, I would like to inform you that my two refunds for amount 43999/- has been successfully processed by Amazon on[protected] and the amount should reflect in my account within 04 days working days i.e 31 Dec 2022 with Refund Reference # 75105172361002849478559 for Rs 43, 999/- and refund for amount 43000/- has also being successfully processed on[protected] by Amazon and the amount should reflect in your account with 04 days by 01 Jan 2023 with Refund Reference # 75105172362002852592907 for Rs 43, 000/-
        2. In view of above may I request you to kindly look into the matter as it already past a week and no refund has been credited in my account till date.           Considering my CIBIL ratings II was offered a credit card from the marketing division of SBI Pune saying that there will be no annual fees.
          When I get a call for confirmation from Delhi I came to know that ₹499+₹90( as GST) will be charged, so I refused and rejected.
          I received a call again from the marketing division asking me to accept the offer that annual fees wil be refunded later to my account once transaction is made.
          But since then about 6 months have passed no refund is received till now.

            Online log in is always failing

            The log in process is unnecessarily complicated. I actively use CIti Bank and have used Axis bank as well. It is only with SBI that there is extreme difficulty to LOG IN to the account.
            Most often there is an error message with regard to password.

            Current problem being faced -
            I provide my log in details and I am asked to change the profile password. Any number of attempts I make to set a new password, it says...

            I have took a two wheeler vehicle loan of amount 2725.I paid the emi before the date but after I paid the emi why my account is debited In the name of ECS/ACH return charge.total debited amount is 265.28+29.72= 295
            My loan amount was 2725.
            I want my refund as soon as possible.
            I am in a very bad situation and I need this money back in my account.

              I have returned a products on 19/12/2022

              Myntra initiated the refund of the product on 19/12/2022 and it was expected to come by 20/12/2022.

              Myntra gave me the reference number[protected] but STATE BANK OF INDIA has still not credited my money.

              This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

                I am an SBI Credit Card Holder bearing the last four digits as 2435. While during a shopping visit to Inorbit Mall in Mumbai, I was approached by an SBI Credit Card Representative and was coaxed into applying for an SBI Credit Card with promises of great rewards and benefits. It has been more than 4 months now and I am yet to get any real benefits.

                I was even charged Rs. 500 with taxes in my first Bill and I was promised Reward Points in return which I could redeem in my future shopping transactions. I did 3 purchase transactions in Lifestyle with the sole purpose of redeeming my points but to no avail. The points were still not reflected in my account and hence were unavailable to redeem.

                On 23rd December 2022, I raised grievance with the SBI Credit Card Customer Care and was assured of a quick resolution. But I didn't receive any updates and hence again on 3rd January 2023, once again I contacted their Customer Care but the Executive tricked me by giving a False response that they have already resolved the issue and have sent the Code to my email. But I later found out that it was just a false claim.

                I don't know why I am being subjected to such treatment. The SBI Credit Card is not doing any favour to me by giving me those Points. It is my own hard earned money that I have paid to them which I am getting back as Points. And just to redeem those points I being made to go through such lengthy and unnecessary procedures and also being subjected to humiliation I had to face during the Purchase transactions. This must be taken as a case o[censored]nfair Trade Practices which should be penalized.

                On 8th January 2023 I contacted SBI Card Customer Care for update on my grievance and I was informed that the issue has been resolved. The Representative even challenged me to even for filing a Complaint in the Consumer Forum in case the issue is not found to be resolved. Today, on 11th January 2023 I visited Lifestyle to redeem my points but again I found that my issue has not yet been resolved. I'm continuously losing my money for unnecessary purchases by failing to redeem my points.

                I've also faced similar problem of dubious offer of credit card from SBI marketing staff Pune. I received a phone call saying that there'll be no charges and the card will be lifetime free.
                But they charged me ₹499+₹90 (as GST) total ₹589 saying that it will be refunded once you make any transaction.
                But since then about 6 months have passed still no refund.
                Now the SBI has become a fraudulent institute.
                I suggest everybody not fall in trap of such credit card frauds and avoid them.
                HDFC is better.

                  I have purchased a Nike NK Tanjun Men running shoes for rs. 2876/- on 19.12.2022 and due to Price drop from another website the same has been cancelled from my side on 19.12.2022 with refund initiated on 25th march 2022.
                  They said that the refund has been done by sellers stating that:
                  "below are the details to confirm that the refund has been successful:

                  Payment reference no: OTHPG540933
                  Refund date :25th december 2022,
                  Arn: 75503722360020624626854
                  Payment mode: Sbi Debitcard"
                  Sbi Account number-[protected]
                  Branch-Nangloi, delhi

                  And ask me to contact my bank, the amount is still not reflected in my account, i have contacted multiple times to flipkart, they gave me every
                  Time the arn number and ask me to contact customer services
                  To trace the amount, but my sbi bank says myself should contact flipkart as they do not find those reference number or arn valid to trace from bank branch. Please help me out of this, do the needful to credit the refund to my account.
                  May be the transaction is pending please clear this

                    I ordered a smartphone from Flipkart in 20468rs+100rs charge total 20568rs at 20 dec 2022 & cancelled it at 22 dec 2022
                    Flipkart initiated the refund at 22 dec 2022 & I was expecting to receive the refund amount at 28 dec 2022
                    But still haven't received the refund amount in my bank account
                    Flipkart customer care says go to your home with reference no they will help you but my branch employee and manager both not giving me any help they are we don't any anything about that talk to Flipkart

                      I have odered 3 jack and jones products from flipkart of 2363 rs on 17 jan but 2 products I returned and 1 product I cancelled even before receiving item.
                      The flipkart is showing they have refunded my whole amount of 2 products on 29 and 1 product on 30 respectively.
                      But my SBI account is not showing any kind of refund in the account its 6 jan.
                      I am asking of any kind of reference number they said they have crediited my amount back to sbi debit card but I have contacted bank they say they have not any kind of refund or pending payment .
                      Flipkart is saying seller has initiated the amount.
                      Please help me getting my refund

                        My refund was initiated by Amazon but i didn't received in my bank account. Amazon customer care provide me a Reference number on basis of that they claimed that refund is initiated from Amazon's side. Reference number is # 75503722359020596502912 . My refund amount of 840.51 has been successfully processed on[protected] as said by Amazon customer care.

                              But not received amount till date. I contact some time to Amazon Customer Care. Amazon Customer Care Executive told me amount is refund in our end.                                     My name is Vamsi omkar and I had ordered a product of RS.4749 SUPER TOY Wi-Fi Camera Drone 4K 1080p in Amazon on 27 October 2022 & I returned this order due to malfunctioning. And on 04th November 2022 Amazon initiated the amount to my UPI but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but State Bank Of India but Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
