[Resolved]  State Bank of India — SBI car Loan balance dispute

I had a car loan with SBI A/c #[protected] all the EMI have being paid on time according to us the loan should have being paid by Aug 2013 as the payment was done by auto debit and now they are telling the we have a balance of 10000+ when asked why we were not notified about the balance they are saying as we have a big customer base we do not inform the customer, it is the customers responsibility to check the balance of the load. My concern is if the interest rate is changing the EMI should have changed which they did not and now when i called to check why have i not received the loan document they are informing us the balance is remaining . Will request to please look in to this matter
