State Bank Of India [SBI] — car loan emi deduction done twice on same date

Today my car loan amount got deducted from my savings account twice, i. E 10/01/2020. How can i get is back, my sbi savings account no is [protected].
I made application to sbi branch to increase my emi amount from 9650 to 10000 from this month, but they deducted both amount and didn't discontinue old amount.
Bank has not informed me that my older emi amount will be stopped and new emi will be started. I am in big trouble now, as my other dues are pending to be paid like, electricity, mobile, gas bill's.
Please help
