State Bank Of India [SBI] — Cas corr pr chq reversal of withdrawal by cheque and fine charged 177 INR

I have issued 2 cheques. First one get cleared without an issue but second one is returned with a comments: CAS CORR PR CHQ
REVERSAL OF WITHDRAWAL BY CHEQUE and fine imposed of 177 INR.
Whereas I have sufficient fund in my account and there is no problem from my end.
Transaction history showing for the second cheque.
1. It cleared properly
2. After few times it get returned with the comments CAS CORR PR CHQ
REVERSAL OF WITHDRAWAL BY CHEQUE
3. Fine charged 177 INR for dishonored of cheque.

What type of harassments are going on in SBI?
No answer found from their end.
Even no reply from customer portal complaint.

Please provide some suggestion to sort out this problem created intentionally and harrasing customer like us in busy schedule.
