State Bank Of India [SBI] — cash retracted by cdm. not credited to account

This is Andavarapu Manishankar. My SBI Savings Account no. is [protected]. I tried to deposit Rs.4000 into my account through card using CDM facility of SBI, Brodipet Branch, Guntur (Branch Code - 11095) on 19.04.2018 at 18:33:03. The CDM ID no. is S5NE[protected]. No money is credited into my account and also no money is dispensed back by the CDM. I have received a slip from the CDM that my money is retracted and retracted info as denomination 2000*2=4000. Kindly help me to get my money back as soon as possible.

Just half an hour ago I went to sbi e-corner to deposit a sum o ₹12000 of denominations ₹500 (22 no.s) and ₹200 (5 no.s) through CDM (ATM ID: S5NE[protected] at 9:52 pm near Ballygunge phanri, Kolkata, West Bengal in my account ([protected]). Neither the money has been credited to my account nor it came back in the tray. I need badly the amount as I had already committed to transfer the amount tonight on medical purpose. Please help me to get the money soon and to have my faith on your sincere service. The photo of retraction slip is attached to assist you in processing the Transaction more conveniently.

I have deposited 2500/- trough CDM machine at Margao Goa Branch today 25:04:2021 at 17:58:05. From my debit card No. [protected] ATM ID: S5NL[protected]. Branch code 0000512. Denomination 500 X 5 note. Please look into the matter at earliest & credit the said amount to my account
