While depositing rupees : 10000/- (4*500 4*2000) cash to my account using cdm cardless transaction. It displayed cash message remove cash and machine opens its deposit slot and cash was locked in slot, no way to remove cash. After while slot closed and says error "transaction timeout".
Cdm details are giving below and attaching proof. I also complained about this issue with sbi customer care at the time of issue generated.
Cdm is located at sbi personal, usha mullapudi road, kphb, kukatpally, hyderabad, telangana.

I complained to cashier manager at cdm branch and she is saying wait 3-4 days every time i visit.
Please help me to raise this complaint to higher authorities if it is not solved after 2 days of this post.
