State Bank Of India [SBI] — Cdm hardware problem, cash not deposited | |||||
I've deposited rs. 15500/- (Rs.500 x 31 notes) in cash deposit machine (Cdm) at nand niketan, hazira branch on 13th november 2016 at around 3:35pm. However machine show error like that hardware error and amount was not deposited in my account. I've given a written complaint to the manager and the atm in-charge is also concern about the matter. However, still after 5 days. The problem was not solved; as the amount not deposited into my account. Was this information helpful? | |||||
