I am writing from Guwahati, Assam. This is to bring to your notice that on 21.09.2018 I had deposited rs 19, 500 in a CDM.(Guwahati main branch, kachari)
It showed on the screen "Hardware failed" but the money was still in the CDM and the money did not transfer to my account. When I raised the issue the security guard asked to fill a complaint application and submit to the bank.
It's been 3 working days now and I haven't received the amount.

I googled the bank and called in the number given to enquire about the failed transfer. To my shock, it was a fraud call. And it was asking for my card number and cvv. The fake number found is +[protected]
