State Bank Of India [SBI] — Change of registered mobile number issue | |||
Dear sir, I have an account in state bank of india gurgaon branch.Now I have moved to Mumbai and my phone number also changed. I visited mumbai (Malad west )branch of SBi and lady sitting in the concerned department is not willing to accept my request. She is asking me to go to Gurgaon branch to make the changes. This is ridiculous. Is this the procedure to change a registered phone number? or that lady simply wants to relax in the office hours and doesn't want to do her job? Please let me know how to go further on this as it is not possible for me to go back to Gurgaon to get the number changed Was this information helpful? | |||
