Dear sir,
I, medam venkata siva mohan reddy, an account holder in sbi, upper bazaar branch, wish to draw your attention toward the debit of an amount of rs. 1800/- on 3rd may 2019 as per the pass book details the amount was deducted from my account, but the amount was not credited to receivers account; i made a contract with costumer care, but there has been no positive response till now. Thereafter, again i submitted the application to the branch. I am out of town and it is very difficult for me to manage with a handful of money over here.
Therefore, i request you to kindly look into the matter and initiate the refund procedure as soon as possible. I am very sorry to say that in case no necessary step is taken this time, i would be compelled to take some major actions, as i cannot afford to bother my family any more to come to the bank again and again for the same purpose.
