State Bank Of India [SBI] — charge received mandate fail of investment intermediate at 04266 cmp center mumbai

Dear sir / madam

Myself Madhabi Bagdi from West Bengal.
I have been taken consumer durable loan from capital first .I have been foreclose the loan accounts by paying full amount as they requested for closed.
After that continuously amount deducting from my account by showing that charges received rs 295 since 1 and half year.
When i went to take the details.
So the finance companies are saying we are not deducting and they replaies bank deducting the charges. Then i went to my home branch to talk with manager on this issue. He has taken the statement and replay me the same we are not deducting finance companies deducting.

So i dont no where to go exactly. So i follow the consumer complaint.

Kindly let me know the detail and take necessary legal action against them for fraud. And your best to stop the deducting amount from my account and help me to get back my money.
