State Bank Of India [SBI] — charges for non submission of rc

I have submitted copy of RC many times but bank charged me for non submission of RC . I have already given application to bank manager but he said I can't do anything for this. I want my claim.
I have charged three times for this. I have submitted the copy of RC in bank for record. I am paying all my installments before time u can check my account .
