State Bank Of India [SBI] — Cheque book not recieved yet

Hi sbi,

Please note i have requested for new cheque book for my sb account [protected] on 15th june 2020 at sudamanagar branch, bangalore for dispatch at my bangalore residence-

Bsr akshaya residency, 5th flr fo9,
37/5, 1st main, 10th cross, ngr layout.
Roopenaagrahara, bommanahalli.
Bangalore -560068.

However, tracking the speed post consignment, i understand that the requested cheque is delivered to my registered address 67/1/2 g. T road, 2nd floor, howrah -711106 in spite of clear instruction of sending it to my above mentioned bangalore address provided in requisition slip submitted with sudamanage br, bangalore on 15th june 2020.

Can you please arrange to get my requested cheque book delivered to my bangalore location urgently.
