11 years before I have applied and received credit card from SBI. I was not satisfied with their credit limit which was very low(6000 INR) I called their customer card and asked them to cancel my credit card. After they send statement for that credit card, again I called customer care again strictly told them to cancel my card. After I moved to overseas.
Last year I have checked my CIBIL statement and found that SBI updated my name as non payment record. I really shocked to see that statement. I have clear record that properly closed very high limit credit cards. This is really unethical behaviour from SBI credit card team. For their sales target they had keep my credit card without cancellation and updated in CIBIL for 9000 Rupees.
That cibil record impacting my credit worth. Please suggest the best way to put legal case against SBI Credit card Was this information helpful? |
