[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — CIF not scrutinized by LCPC since April 2021

I opened these joint account in SBI 2, 15, E Patel Nagar Rd, Block 13, East Patel Nagar, Patel Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110008 in the month of April 2021. Since then I am facing "CIF not scrutinized by LCPC" issue. Since April I have visited the bank 100 times but no one knows nothing that what it is the exact problem and why this account is not fully functional yet. I had transferred some fund in it in the month of April but since then I am unable to debit anything from this account. The branch manager of SBI East Patel called up LCPC but no one picks up the call there. They have sent several emails and reminders to LCPC as well but no response yet.
It's been a very long time that I am facing this issue. Please resolve this issue for god's sake! I don't wanna suffer anymore by visiting the home branch once again just to hear that "we have sent a reminder again, now you have to wait". If by any means I can close this account and cash out the funds stuck in this one, then please help me out with it.
