State Bank Of India [SBI] — CIF number is not linked with new Term loan account number.

Hi, I have converted my existing max gain account in to term loan account which is successfully done by SBI branch. Thanks a lot for this support over mail.

But SBI has linked only one CIF in new loan account instead of joint loan account. And due to this, I am not able to access new term loan account online. No response on phone or email now.
