Myself Purushotham L an Account Holder at SBI Byraveshwar nagar Bengaluru.

I withdrawed an amount of RS 10000 on 14/02/2017 but instead of 10000 i got only Rs 8000 along with note issuable slip, i contacted SBI customer care they said it will be refunded within 10 days, after 10 days as the amount wasnt refunded, i failed a complaint with reff no: [protected] and got an assurance of solving the issue within 7 working days, after 7 working days they said complaint has been forwarded to my home branch and asked to contact manager.
Since my Home branch Manager asked me to give in writing, i forwarded a letter to him, Now even after 2.5 months the issue hasnt been resolved, my branch manager said he couldnt do anything.
So requesting you to take an action to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Updated by Purushotham Gowda The claim has been rejected stating transaction is successful, i would request to go through the CCTV footage, thats the only proof i have now. please help me.
