Sir, I am Premchand husband of Smt. Padmini Kashyap would like to bring your kind knowledge of the following few points regarding the above, for your kind consideration and necessary action please. 1. My wife Padmini Kashyap got head injury on 24.04.2018 and admitted in different Hospitals for her medical treatment. 2. After treatment, 03 times i had submitted the medical bills to our nearest SBI, Kirandul Branch, CG-494556 for reimbursement claim of Rs.1.40 Lakh approx on 17.07.2018. Two time photocopy & onetime original copy submitted to SBI, Kirandul. 3. Sir, when I was inquired my claim reimbursement of Rs.1.40 lakhs approx, SBI officials told me that wait for some days because we found some mistakes in your claim bills and we settled you bill as soon as possible. 4. Sir, I am not getting any type of satisfactorily response neither from SBI officials nor from the agent and also they are knowingly harassing me when I inquired my claim details. 5. Lastly I got a letter from SBI General Insurance Company Ltd., mentioning that we regret, consequently, that we are unable to consider this claim etc.etc. Sir, I am a very poor person and I am residing at a very remote place at Kirandul, Dantewada, Chhattisgarh - 494556. Hence, kindly look into this matter positively and please reimburse my claim amount near about 1.40 lakhs please. Was this information helpful? | |||
