State Bank Of India [SBI] — closure of education loan account

I have availed education loan from SBI, MNNIT Allahabad Branch for B.Tech.
I have repayed all except last amount of nearly 18000.
I am not able to submit it as it is being debited in my account.
I asked the procedure to loan section incharge of bank over phone as I am far from Allahabad now.She told me to write an application regarding loan account closure request and mail to sbi.[protected]@gmail.com.
It has been 1 month now, I am regularly writing mails and calling over phone, texting messages also

Neither she replies to my mail nor receives my phone even for a single time.
I texted her to cooperate, she replied okay but still situation is same.

No reply at all.
