Dear Sir or Madam, We had raised a grievance # 1367358 to which SBI Credit Card has finally accepted their mistake and emailed us about reversal of finance charges to be reflected in the next month statement. To this concern, Saurabh Joshi (Assistant Vice President of SBI Cards) is threatening us on email and forcing us to apologise. Pushpa Soni has used abusive and unparliamentary language on the call records we have, and she needs to apologise to us. Pushpa Soni has done manipulation with our account and now SBI has accepted the reversal and the matter is RESOLVED after I get the Reversal in my account. But Saurabh Joshi is emailing us and forcing us to tender apologies, but why should we apologise when it is not our mistake. It is SBI Mistake for giving wrong information and misleading information about Balance Transfer and charging me Finance Charges and Pushpa Soni mistake for giving commitment, Pushpa Soni should tender apologies to us for not fulfilling her commitments and shouting with aggression on the call. We stand on our words that we have never used any unparliamentary language for anyone. Sir, We need your support. The matter is already COMPLETED but Saurabh Joshi (Assistant Vice President SBI Cards) is threatening us (as per the proof attached on email). Kindly look into this matter. The Chairman Desk is really Kind to help us every way but we cannot reach them directly. We have all the proof against them to prove everything.
