State Bank Of India [SBI] — complain regarding fraud transaction

This is regarding an unauthorized transaction made with my debit card of inr 449
My account is debited with the name of othpg 449 without any message
I never use the card online and never share card details to anybody
Please give me a solution
I have a complaint to him regarding this to my bank but they have not given me any satisfactory answer so i request please provide me a solution
I studied too many complaints regarding these fraud transactions i saw only sbi customers affected with these problems
Why only sbi customer suffers i think bank also involve in this
I am going to take proper action against these cases and sbi bank
