Actually there is no information regarding the deduction of the amount, how can any bank debit the amount without the permission of the account holder.
An ddin't activated any auto debit schemes. Then why the banks are debbiting money without any information. So kindly take an action regarding the issue.
And let me know the further information regarding the auto debit of money.

I am khamar Taj I have applied for passport and pay the money by internet banking by HDFC bank and the payment status have been failed on 25 October 2019 but still my money has not been refunded still my reference num is
19-[protected] so please refund my money on my hdfc bank
