State Bank Of India [SBI] — Complaint against sbi. Rs.1480 debited as fee excess drs

On 07th January 2016 SBI charged me Rs. 1480 the description saying fee excess drs. When I went to the Nawab Gate Main Branch in Rampur they just said "we dont know why the amount has been deducted it is deducted correctly". We are customers and we need explanation for our hard earned money. Rs 1480 is not an amount I can let go off. I just dont understand why they deduct so much balance without giving any explanation.Plz give me an explanation asap or get my balance refunded back as soon as possible.
