The bank manager of the bank is very polite, hard worker and helpful minded person. The staff work in the branch are just opposite to their bank manager. There are many customers in that branch but their problems and grievances are not being sorted out by their staff. The way they respond to the public is not appreciated. Only one single window counter is always opened, even though plenty of rushes being present. All the four counter remains ideal with their staff sitting over in the counter. People come various places taking permission from office and some times on leave also but their problems are not solved in smooth manner. For making a inquiry also we should take the token from the machine and wait for hours together. Even for a small work also we should go to the bank three to four times. There in the bank, the house keeper/casual employees speak to the customers in harsh manner which is not appreciated. Depositing our hard earning money in their bank and in-turn receiving harassment from their staff is not good. Kindly look into the matter for smooth functioning and attend the customer in a polite way. Was this information helpful? | |||
