State Bank Of India [SBI] — Complaint regarding money stuck in the cash deposit machine

I am Paryul Agrawal holding an SBI Account in Sarkanda Branch Bilaspur (IFSC code: SBIN0004834) with Account Number: [protected]. I tried to make a deposit of 12, 500/ (approx) as on date[protected] in CDM Machine in SBI in touch branch Bilaspur. I made the deposit with my ATM card. The machine rejected the amount due to a technical error and the transaction was declined but the machine didn't return back my money. Also, I didn't get any deposited slip against cash. I made a call to customer care and they said to me to record a complaint with the Bank which is associated with the CDM. I went to the same branch on 31/08/2020 for filing a complaint and they gave me a form to fill I did fill it and they told me the cash will return to my account within 7 days but even after more than 3 months money has not been credited to my account. However, Rs. 3600 was deposited into my account on 14/10/2020.
