State Bank Of India [SBI] — Complaints Not Attended (Incorrect trxs) from Aug 2019

Complaints [protected], [protected], [protected] were raised on Aug 22nd 2019 with SBI. Rs.3600 trxs amount were reduced which were not initiated by me.

I was not in India after raising the complaints and no one bothered to inform me via email or sms about the status. My brother visited the Branch and they mentioned those were closed without any status history. I have been following up with them for past 2yrs on reinstating my internet credentials which were deactivated after the trxs were initaited and status of the complaints but no response from the team. There is no dedicated email or the customer care number who could help and making it quite difficult to follow-up without visitng the branch for people not in the town. Appreciate if someone could look at let the customer know the status of the complaints registered with them.

Trust on the bank is gone when the complaint on incorrect trxs not processed by the client are not attended. I am on the verge of closing the account with no response from the bank
