When i went to sbi branch sector 18, noida, u.P. (201301) for opening an saving account, the concerned officer asked me to deposit rs.1300 for health insurance compulsorrily apart from 3000rs. (which i accepted to deposit as a minimum balance for saving account, i.E. Rupees 3000).Consequently i could not get account opened in the sbi bank.Now i want to open an saving account without health insurance of rs.1300.Please help me out on this.
