Dear sir these naveen i holding sbi credit card (Xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-3667) and using it over last six months. I have received telephone call on 16 december 2017 on my mobile no. [[protected]] on behalf of sbi offering discount card along with some gifts. The lady on phone introduced herself as priyanka (Contacted no.:-[protected]) from sbi and provided my card details like my name and account details etc. As i received sbi calls from random numbers i assume this was the genuine call as she provided my correct details. She offered the discount card with few gifts costing 5000/- which was suppose to be adjusted with my reward points and i did not have to pay. After some time i have received the otp password on my mobile and i have also received the call asking the otp password to process my card request. As person told me he has generated the otp password for my account and it is required to process the card request with verification. Hence i have provided the same. After that i got the sms from sbi mentioning the transaction of 5000/- made on my account. Hence i called the lady once mobile is switch of[protected]f. I contacted sbi custmer care they told me it was fraud call and they do not offer any discount so raise sr, naveen. I have deposit 4000 rs in my account but not deposited in my account.

We are having old share certificate of SBI and we are unable to dematerialize(to E-certificate) the certificate we need new certificate kindly suggest how to get the new certificate with reference to old certificate.

I am kore ramu shivji. I am sbi card holder. My account number is [protected]. Please change mobile number is [protected] instead of [protected]. Because my mobile no is lost and my card not activate at that time. So many problems me and EMI due msg recd every week may mobile number. Needful action please.
