State Bank Of India [SBI] — core banking issue

I have generated temporary user name and password for sbi online netbanking facility. As per mail from sbi card, i was supposed to print application form and submit it to any sbi branch. But when i tried to submit it in jajpurroad (Odisha) brwnch, they are saying it can be process in dholpur (Raj.) branch only. Is this is the core banking facility? Was this information helpful?
