I purchased a product from Amazon.in with my sbi debit card on 23Jan 2017 and cancelled the same order after 1 day, i got a mail from Amazon.in with a reference no(authorization code) mentioning that the refund is processed and should reach within 5 business days and if it doesn't credit, please contact customer care no of sbi branch, now when i am calling customer care number of SBI they are saying we have receiving account so its pending from Amazon and more that this we don't have the authority and we can't help you more than this, and when i call amazon they are saying payment is done, call customer care of sbi and raise charge dispute with reference no. but from both side nobody is willing to help. I am waiting for my amount to be refunded till date. When i went to the sbi home branch of my account i.e. bagmari, kolkata, the behaviour of people were so rude, you will not accept even the customer care people of sbi on call cut the call saying its not our issue. I am feeling unhelpful from both side, but for sure i wont do anymore transaction using sbi and may be will close all my sbi account, this govt bank is the worst bank i think in terms of service and now i can understand why people want to join govt bank since there people think its there office and customer are there servant.
