State Bank Of India [SBI] — credit card account closure | |
Am kannan and mobile number [protected]. Are you forcing me to use the sbi credit card which i don't like your services? 1. Billing period change = this request is not done. 2. Asked for account closure, make a outstanding bill (Jun'19) and credit account will get auto closed once your payment is cleared. Then i made a outstanding payment but account not closed. = this request also not done... 3. Jul'19 month statement got generated and asked to make a annual fee payment. Hence i already given a request for account closure. = this request also not done. 4. Last saturday i called sbi customer support and raised a complaint about earlier requests for the annual fee and card closure. = no further updates and this request also not done. 5. Now aug'19 month statement got generated and asking to pay annual fee + late fee. Now again and again you are generating a bill and forcing the customer to use the card.
